This year I have donated 3 paintings to Incognito. It is an exhibition curated by Lucinda Hall for the Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation. Over 3,500 original postcard size artworks, by new and internationally acclaimed artists, illustrators and designers are sold online, on a first come first served basis. The identity of the artist is only revealed after the piece of art has been received. All artworks are €60 each. Every single euro from the sale of these works goes to the Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation to help nurse sick children across the length and breadth of the country.

Orla Barry graduated with an honours degree in Fine Art from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2007. She is inspired by animals, nature, sacred art, mysticism, surrealism, fairy tales, patterns and a search for perfect colour combinations. Orla paints with acrylics and watercolours. She is currently based in Bridge Street Studios, Dundalk. Her collection of work includes original paintings, Giclée art prints, brooches and greeting cards. She regularly exhibits her paintings.
