‘Fly Low Rainbow’ card

I painted this following a residency at the Tyrone Guthrie Centre in Monaghan, Ireland. I was influenced by the magical fairytale like atmosphere of the centre and its surrounding scenery. The birds represent freedom and the link between heaven and earth.
